Privacy Policy

• Account data. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile image to create and secure your account.
• Detection records. For signed-in users we store metadata about each check — file name, the resulting authenticity score, the verdict, any likely platform attribution, and a timestamp — so we can show your history and enforce plan limits.
• Billing data. Paid plans are processed by our payment provider (Creem). We receive your subscription status and customer/subscription identifiers. We do not store your full card details — these are handled by the payment provider.
• Technical data. Basic logs and security data (such as IP address and user agent) used to operate, secure, and debug the Service.

Audio you submit for detection is analyzed in memory and discarded immediately after the result is returned. We do not persist your audio files to disk and we do not use them to train models.

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
• To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
• To enforce free-tier limits and manage paid subscriptions.
• To respond to support requests and communicate important notices.
• To detect, prevent, and address abuse, fraud, or technical issues.

We rely on the following processors to run the Service:

• Google — sign-in (OAuth) authentication.
• Creem — payment processing and subscription billing.
• Cloudflare — hosting, database, and storage infrastructure.
• Sightengine — audio analysis used to power detection.

These providers process data only as needed to deliver their service and under their own privacy terms.

We keep account and detection-history data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Audio submitted for detection is never retained (see Section 2).

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email hello@songprint.space.

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the Service. We do not use them to build advertising profiles.

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
