Terms of Service

Songprint is an AI music detector: you submit an audio track and we return a probabilistic authenticity score, a Human / AI verdict, and a likely platform attribution. Detection is a screening aid, not a definitive or legally conclusive determination.

Some features require an account (via Google sign-in). You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your access secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

You agree not to:

• break the law or infringe others’ rights when using the Service;
• upload content you have no right to submit;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the Service or its limits;
• resell or misrepresent the results as a certified or legal verdict.

• A free tier is available with daily usage limits.
• Paid subscriptions (e.g. Pro, API & Business) are billed through our payment provider, Creem, on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) until cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period and does not renew thereafter.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Prices and features may change with notice for future billing periods.

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Songprint and protected by applicable laws. You retain rights to the audio you submit; you grant us only the limited, temporary right to process it in memory to produce your result.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. AI generation evolves quickly and detection is inherently probabilistic — results may be inaccurate, especially for heavily edited or hybrid tracks. The Service does not constitute legal advice, and you should not rely on it as the sole basis for any takedown, accusation, or contractual decision.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Songprint will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of or reliance on the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service, with notice where reasonable.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version.
